Als je inlogt met Google verwerken we je naam, e-mailadres en profielfoto. Deze gegevens gebruiken we uitsluitend om je te identificeren en de toegang tot JustBilling te regelen.

Als je je Gmail-account koppelt, vragen we uitsluitend toestemming voor de scope gmail.send (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send).

Daarbij slaan we op onze server een refresh token op. Dit token is nooit toegankelijk vanuit de browser. We gebruiken het uitsluitend om e-mails te versturen die je zelf in JustBilling opstelt of inplant.

JustBilling kan en zal de inhoud van je mailbox niet lezen, opslaan of analyseren.

Je kunt de toegang op ieder moment intrekken via de instellingen van je Google-account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Je voert zelf gegevens in JustBilling in. Denk aan bedrijfsgegevens, klanten, uren, facturen, inkoopfacturen en bonnetjes, geüploade pdf's en een logboek van verzonden e-mails (ontvanger, onderwerp, tijdstip en namen van bijlagen).

De database en geüploade bestanden staan bij Google Cloud in de EU (Nederland, europe-west4). De serverfuncties draaien in de EU (België, europe-west1).

Als je een e-mail inplant, bewaren we de inhoud van het bericht en de bijlagen totdat de e-mail is verzonden of geannuleerd; daarna worden ze verwijderd (na annulering binnen een uur). Het e-maillogboek bewaart alleen ontvanger, onderwerp, tijdstip en namen van bijlagen.

Als je een inkoopfactuur als pdf uploadt, wordt de tekst uit die pdf naar de API van Anthropic (Claude) gestuurd om velden vooraf in te vullen. Volgens de commerciële voorwaarden van Anthropic wordt API-invoer niet gebruikt om modellen te trainen.

Er worden nooit Google-gebruikersgegevens naar Anthropic of een andere AI-dienst gestuurd.

Per gebruiker houden we het aantal herkenningsaanroepen bij om de kosten te bewaken.

Al het verkeer tussen browser, app en servers is versleuteld onderweg (HTTPS/TLS, met HSTS afgedwongen op www.just-billing.nl).

Alle gegevens zijn versleuteld opgeslagen door Google Cloud (de Firestore-database en Cloud Storage-bestanden).

De Gmail refresh token staat alleen op de server. Databasebeveiligingsregels maken deze ontoegankelijk vanuit elke browser of client, ook die van de gebruiker zelf; alleen de serverfuncties van JustBilling kunnen hem lezen, en alleen om een e-mail te versturen die de gebruiker zelf heeft aangevraagd of ingepland.

Toegangscontrole: alleen uitgenodigde, geverifieerde Google-accounts kunnen de app gebruiken. Elke gebruiker kan alleen zijn eigen gegevens lezen en schrijven, afgedwongen door database- en storagebeveiligingsregels op de server.

API-sleutels en OAuth-clientgeheimen staan in Google Secret Manager, nooit in de applicatiecode of de browser.

Minimale toegangsrechten: de app vraagt alleen de scope gmail.send aan en kan de mailbox niet lezen.

Misbruikbescherming: rate limits op alle serverfuncties.

Gebruikers kunnen de Gmail-toegang op ieder moment intrekken via hun Google-account, en per e-mail verzoeken om verwijdering van al hun gegevens.

De webapplicatie wordt geleverd via Vercel. Vercel slaat geen gebruikersgegevens van de applicatie op.

Je zakelijke gegevens blijven in de EU (zie sectie 4). Voor de volgende onderdelen worden gegevens buiten de EU verwerkt:

• Anthropic (VS): tekstherkenning van inkoopfacturen (sectie 6).
• Google Firebase Authentication: accountgegevens (naam, e-mailadres en profielfoto) op de wereldwijde infrastructuur van Google.
• Technische serverlogs bij Google.
• Vercel (Amerikaans bedrijf, wereldwijd edge-netwerk): het uitleveren van de applicatie.

Deze doorgiften steunen op de waarborgen van de aanbieders voor internationale doorgifte, zoals standaardcontractbepalingen en, waar van toepassing, het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.

JustBilling toont geen advertenties en verkoopt geen gegevens. We delen gegevens niet met derden voor hun eigen doeleinden; de enige partijen die betrokken zijn, zijn de hierboven genoemde dienstverleners (Google Firebase, Vercel en, voor de herkenning van inkoopfacturen, Anthropic).

De applicatie JustBilling op www.just-billing.nl gebruikt geen tracking- of analysecookies. De browser gebruikt sessieopslag uitsluitend om je ingelogd te houden.

Onze verklaring, in de door Google voorgeschreven (Engelse) bewoordingen:

Google-gebruikersgegevens worden niet gebruikt om AI- of machine-learningmodellen te ontwikkelen, te verbeteren of te trainen.

We bewaren je gegevens zolang je account actief is. Op verzoek per e-mail verwijderen we je gegevens.

Op grond van de AVG heb je onder meer het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering en beperking van de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens, het recht op overdraagbaarheid en het recht om bezwaar te maken. Stuur je verzoek naar hogenelstjust@gmail.com.

When you sign in with Google we process your name, email address and profile photo. We use this data only to identify you and to control access to JustBilling.

If you connect your Gmail account, we request permission for the gmail.send scope only (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send).

We store a refresh token on our server. This token is never accessible from the browser. We use it solely to send emails that you compose or schedule in JustBilling.

JustBilling cannot and does not read, store or analyse the contents of your mailbox.

You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You enter data into JustBilling yourself. This includes company details, clients, hours, invoices, purchase invoices and receipts, uploaded PDFs, and a log of sent emails (recipient, subject, time and attachment names).

The database and uploaded files are stored on Google Cloud in the EU (the Netherlands, europe-west4). Server functions run in the EU (Belgium, europe-west1).

If you schedule an email, we keep the message content and attachments until the email is sent or cancelled, and then delete them (after cancellation, within an hour). The email log keeps only the recipient, subject, time and attachment names.

If you upload a purchase invoice as a PDF, the text from that PDF is sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to pre-fill fields. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API input is not used to train models.

No Google user data is ever sent to Anthropic or to any other AI service.

We keep a count per user of the number of recognition calls, in order to monitor costs.

All traffic between browser, app and servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS, with HSTS enforced on www.just-billing.nl).

All data is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud (the Firestore database and Cloud Storage files).

The Gmail refresh token is stored server-side only. Database security rules make it inaccessible from any browser or client, including the user's own; only JustBilling's server functions can read it, and only to send an email the user requested or scheduled.

Access control: only invited, verified Google accounts can use the app. Each user can only read and write their own data, enforced by database and storage security rules on the server.

API keys and OAuth client secrets are stored in Google Secret Manager, never in the app code or browser.

Least privilege: the app requests only the gmail.send scope and cannot read the mailbox.

Abuse protection: rate limits on all server functions.

Users can revoke Gmail access at any time via their Google Account, and request deletion of all their data by email.

The web application is served via Vercel. Vercel does not store any user data from the application.

Your business data stays in the EU (see section 4). Data is processed outside the EU for the following:

• Anthropic (US): text recognition of purchase invoices (section 6).
• Google Firebase Authentication: account data (name, email address and profile photo) on Google's global infrastructure.
• Technical server logs at Google.
• Vercel (a US company, global edge network): serving the application.

These transfers rely on the providers' safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

JustBilling shows no advertising and does not sell data. We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes; the only parties involved are the service providers named above (Google Firebase, Vercel and, for purchase invoice recognition, Anthropic).

The JustBilling application at www.just-billing.nl does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The browser uses session storage only to keep you logged in.

Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. On request by email, we delete your data.

Under the GDPR (AVG) you have, among other things, the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. Send your request to hogenelstjust@gmail.com.
